Cancellation Policy
Because reliability matters — please review this policy before booking.
1. What is your cancellation policy?
For any reason — illness, emergencies, schedule changes, or financial issues — the following applies:
- 7+ days notice: No charge
- 3–7 days notice: 50% of the agreed shoot rate
- Less than 48 hours: 100% of the agreed shoot rate

2. Does the cancellation policy apply to local and travel shoots?
Yes — this policy applies to all shoots, whether local or part of a travel booking. Reliable planning is crucial, especially when travel and accommodations are involved.
3. Why is this policy so strict?
This is my full-time job. Last-minute cancellations—especially during travel—can leave me stranded or without funds. Too many photographers have canceled last minute in the past, which has created serious problems. I ask for your understanding and respect in following this policy.
4. Are you willing to travel for a shoot?
Absolutely — if all travel expenses are fully covered, I’m happy to travel. This includes transportation, lodging (if needed), and per diem where appropriate. Just reach out with your vision and let’s talk!
